01 Definitions

- Customer / You — Refers to you and/or any person making an order on your behalf.
- Company / We — Profound Publishers, registered under the laws of Massachusetts.
- Product — All services and goods delivered to the Customer.
- Order — A request to purchase services, finalized by down payment.
02 Refund Policy
Change of Mind
Full refund available before work begins. Requests within the first hour after ordering incur a 15% administrative fee.
Incompetent Delivery
We offer unlimited revisions. If we cannot fulfill your request after multiple attempts, a partial refund may be issued.
Delivery Errors
If we fail to deliver within three contact attempts due to company error, a refund will be processed.
Timeline for Refunds
Refund requests must be made within 60 days of delivery. Late requests will be disregarded.
General Refund Terms
Once an order is delivered, full refunds are not available. You may request one free revision. Quality issues may qualify for a 50% refund. A 15% processing fee applies to all refund requests.

All products provided are entirely original. You possess full ownership of the copyright to all content provided to you. Any unauthorized use may lead to legal repercussions.
04 Plagiarism Prohibition
Plagiarism is not tolerated. We strictly enforce copyright laws and will not knowingly enable any customer to plagiarize. The Company is not responsible for any unlawful use of our products.
05 Revision Policy
Editing Orders: We review revised content for objective or technical mistakes.
Ghostwriting Orders: We revise small sections until client approval. Major changes after acceptance incur additional fees.
06 Liability Restrictions
You agree to hold the Company harmless from any losses, damages, or claims arising from your use of our services. The Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
07 Email & Mobile Phone Policy
